Shipping Policy

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon payment confirmation. No shipping is required. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@hannahhabits.com.

Physical Products

We currently ship within South Africa only. Physical products will be dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, contact us at support@hannahhabits.com.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@hannahhabits.com and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hannahhabits.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess each case and do our best to make it right.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.
