Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
As we currently offer digital products only, certain provisions (such as physical returns and shipping) will be updated when physical products become available.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following must apply:
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- The product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded in a way that would negate its value.
- You can provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
- Requests made after the 30-day window has passed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive something defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@hannahhabits.com so we can assess the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order separately once the refund is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
